We are honored to have Ramona Washburn in during the morning of Friday September 27 to share her stories with us for our Orange Shirt Day at Lakedell School. This is a day when we honour the Indigenous children who were sent away to residential schools, as well as their families and communities, and learn more about the history of residential schools in Canada. If you are able, please wear your orange shirt to school on this day.
